FBXO9 Antibody (PA5-25475) in WB
Western blot analysis of FBXO9 in MCF-7 whole cell lysate. Samples were incubated with FBXO9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25475) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 52 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

FBXO9 (F-box protein 9) is a Ubl conjugation pathway protein and it contains one F-box domain and one TPR repeat. FBXO9 may act as a potential sepsis biomarker or therapeutic target. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits of the ubiquitin protein ligase complex called SCFs (SKP1-cullin-F-box), which functions in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.
