FENS1 Antibody (PA5-70319) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of FENS1 in paraffin-embedded human prostate tissue. Sample was probed with a FENS1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-70319) at a dilution of 1:200. Detection was performed with a donkey anti-Rabbit Cy3 secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:200. Images were taken at 20x magnification with an exposure time of 0.5-2.0 seconds.

The FYVE domain mediates the recruitment of proteins involved in membrane trafficking and cell signaling to phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PtdIns(3)P)-containing membranes. This gene encodes a protein which contains a single FYVE domain and multiple WD40 repeats. This protein is localized to endosomes.
