Immunohistochemistry analysis of FGF16 in rat kidney tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with FGF16 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103409) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

FGF-16 signals through FGFR 2c and 3c. FGF-16 plays a role in the development of the central nervous system.
