FGFBP2 Antibody (PA5-102000) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of FGFBP2 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with FGFBP2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102000) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the fibroblast growth factor binding protein family. The encoded protein is a serum protein that is selectively secreted by cytotoxic lymphocytes and may be involved in cytotoxic lymphocyte-mediated immunity. An increase in the amount of gene product may be associated with atopic asthma and mild extrinsic asthma.
