FLRT3 Antibody (A304-458A) in WB

Detection of human FLRT3 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FLRT3 antibody (Product # A304-458A) (lot A304-458A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

This gene encodes a member of the fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family. FLRTs may function in cell adhesion and/or receptor signaling. Their protein structures resemble small leucine-rich proteoglycans found in the extracellular matrix. This gene is expressed in many tissues. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described for this gene.
