FNBP4 Antibody (PA5-103846) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of FNBP4 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with FNBP4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103846) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total FNBP4.
靶标信息
FNBP4 encodes a protein containing two tryptophan-rich WW domains that binds the proline-rich formin homology 1 domains of formin family proteins, suggesting a role in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics during cell division and migration. It also binds intersectin family proteins suggesting a role in the maintenance of membrane curvature at sites of nascent vesicle formation. Naturally occurring mutations in this gene are associated with Waardenburg anophthalmia syndrome.
