FOXA1 Antibody (MA5-47244) in WB
Western blot analysis of FOXA1 in Various whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 10% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with FOXA1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47244) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. The signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

This gene encodes a member of the forkhead class of DNA-binding proteins. These hepatocyte nuclear factors are transcriptional activators for liver-specific transcripts such as albumin and transthyretin, and they also interact with chromatin. Similar family members in mice have roles in the regulation of metabolism and in the differentiation of the pancreas and liver.
