Immunocytochemistry analysis of FOXG1 in 4% paraformaldehyde (RT, 15 min) fixed DIV9 rat E18 primary hippocampal neuron cells (Green: FOXG1, Red: Tau). Samples was incubated in FOXG1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117404) using a dilution of 1:500, followed by DAPI.
