Flotillin 1 Antibody (PA5-19713) in WB
Western blot was performed using Anti- Flotillin 1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19713) and a 47kDa band corresponding to Flotillin 1 was observed across all the cell lines and tissue lysates tested except THP1 which is reported negative for Flotillin 1 expression. An uncharacterized band was observed at ~32KDa across all the samples and ~60KDa in THP-1 sample alone.
