GAS1 Antibody (PA5-47360) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of GAS1 in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo. Samples were incubated with GAS1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47360) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained with DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Gas1 and recombinant mouse Gas6 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
靶标信息
Growth arrest-specific 1 plays a role in growth suppression. GAS1 blocks entry to S phase and prevents cycling of normal and transformed cells. Gas1 is a putative tumor suppressor gene.
