Immunohistochemistry analysis of GCC2 in paraffin-embedded human appendix. Samples were incubated with GCC2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89457) using a dilution of 1:150 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a peripheral membrane protein localized to the trans-Golgi network. It is sensitive to brefeldin A. This encoded protein contains a GRIP domain which is thought to be used in targeting. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
