GCFC1 Antibody (A303-167A) in IP
Detection of human GCFC1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GCFC1 antibody (Product # A303-167A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. GCFC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GCFC1 antibodies A303-166A and A303-168A, which recognize other epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated GCFC1, A303-167A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
