GDPD2 Antibody (MA5-24213) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of GDPD2 in immersion fixed MC3T3‚E1 mouse preosteoblast cell line. Samples were incubated in GDPD2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24213) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoskeleton.

Accelerates the program of osteoblast differentiation and growth. May play a role in remodeling of the actin cytoskeleton.
