GMPR2 Antibody (MA5-55770) in WB
Western blot analysis of GMPR2 in 15 µg of HepG2. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. GMPR2 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Incubation with primary GMPR2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55770) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

Catalyzes the irreversible NADPH-dependent deamination of GMP to IMP. It functions in the conversion of nucleobase, nucleoside and nucleotide derivatives of G to A nucleotides, and in maintaining the intracellular balance of A and G nucleotides (PubMed:12009299, PubMed:12669231, PubMed:16359702, PubMed:22037469). Plays a role in modulating cellular differentiation (PubMed:12669231).
