GPR111 Antibody (PA5-47845) in WB
Western blot analysis of GPR111 in human lung tissue. Samples were incubated in GPR111 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47845) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for GPR111 at approximately 72 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
