Western blot was performed using HCLS1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-102594) and a 70 kDa band corresponding to HCLS1 was observed. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of NK-92 (Lane 1), Jurkat (Lane 2), THP-1 (Lane 3), HeLa (Lane 4), SK-O-V3 (Lane 5) and Hep G2 (Lane 6) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX), 12 well.
