HDAC6 Antibody (PA1-41056) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of HDAC6 in HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with HDAC6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41056) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL overnight at 4°C followed by anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a dilution of 1:500. Cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 4% PFA and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X PBS + 0.5% Triton-X100. Histone deacetylases act via the formation of large multiprotein complexes. Plays a central role in microtubule-dependent cell motility via deacetylation of tubulin.
