Western blot analysis of HELQ in various lysates. Samples were incubated with HELQ polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5150335) using a dilution of 1:6,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4°C overnight followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 for 1 hour at room temperature.
