Western blot analysis of HIST1H2BM in K562, PC-3 cell line and human skeletal muscle tissue lysate (from left to right). Samples were incubated with HIST1H2BM polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49358) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:5,000. Lysates at 35 µg per lane.
