MA5-17015 has been successfully used in immunoprecipitation and Western blot applications.
The MA5-17015 immunogen is a TrpE-Fusion protein produced in X63Ag8.653 cells.
靶标信息
Nef is a multifunctional protein of 27 kDa in HIV-1 and 35 kDa in HIV-2. It induces the endocytosis of CD4 Receptor and reduces the MHC-1 Receptors. Thereby it enhances viral infectivity and affects T-cell signalling.
