ICE1 Antibody (PA5-113552) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of ICE1 in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. Sample was incubated with ICE1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113552) using a 1:200 dilution and incubated overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Counter-stained with DAPI.
