IL-20RB Antibody (740174T) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of IL-20RB was performed using IL-20RB Recombinant Rat Monoclonal Antibody (20RNTC) (Product # 740174T) on 70-80% confluent U-2OS cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature.
