IL20RA Antibody (PA5-119916) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of of IL-20R1 in SH-SY5Y cells (green). Methanol fixed cells were blocked with 10% negative goat serum for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with IL20RA Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-119916) at a dilution of 1:200 for 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS. Alexa Fluor 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody at 1:1,000 dilution. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for interleukin 20 (IL20), a cytokine that may be involved in epidermal function. The receptor of IL20 is a heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of this protein and interleukin 20 receptor beta (IL20B). This gene and IL20B are highly expressed in skin. The expression of both genes is found to be upregulated in Psoriasis.
