IMMP1L Antibody (PA5-24322) in WB
Western blot analysis of IMMP1L in human skeletal muscle lysate. Samples were incubated with IMMP1L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-24322) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 19 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

IMP1 and IMP2 (IMMP2L; MIM 605977) are the catalytic subunits of the IMP complex.
