For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.

Isatuximab is an IgG1 chimeric monoclonal antibody that targets a specific epitope of plasma cell CD38 receptor and can trigger a variety of unique mechanisms of action, including the promotion of programmed tumor cell death (apoptosis) and immunomodulatory activity. CD38 is expressed at high levels on MM cells and is a cell surface receptor target for antibody therapy in MM and other malignant tumors.
