JunB Antibody (PA5-81561) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of JUNB in HUVEC cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with JunB Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81561, 1:5,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.

JunB, a member of the Jun cellular oncogene family, is a basic region, leucine zipper transcription factor. It is involved in regulating gene activity following the primary growth factor response. JunB binds to the DNA sequence 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'. Cellular oncogenes play critical roles in cellular communication pathways that regulate growth, development, and differentiation.
