Western blot analysis of K-Ras (G12A Mutant) in Various whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 12% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with K-Ras (G12A Mutant) Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-46940) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
