KCTD7 Antibody (PA5-68478) in WB

Western Blot analysis of KCTD7 was performed using mouse-brain, mouse-spleen cells. The membrane was probed with KCTD7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-68478) using dilution 1:1,000 (4°C, overnight). Secondary antibody Goat Anti-rabbit IgG IRDye 800 diluted at 1:5,000 (25°C, 1 hour).

The KCTD gene family, including KCTD7, encode predicted proteins that contain N-terminal domain that is homologous to the T1 domain in voltage-gated potassium channels (see KCNA1; MIM 176260). KCTD7 displays a primary sequence and hydropathy profile indicating intracytoplasmic localization. EST database analysis showed that KCTD7 is expressed in human and mouse brain.
