KIF21A Antibody (MA567934) in WB
Western Blot analysis of KIF21A in SH-SY5Y using KIF21A Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA567934). 15 µg of SH-SY5Y lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KIF21A Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA567934) was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. KIF21A was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
