KIR3DL3 Antibody (PA5-87606) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of KIR3DL3 in paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma. Samples were incubated with KIR3DL3 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-87606) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

KIR3DL3 is transmembrane glycoproteins expressed by natural killer cells and subsets of T cells. This protein are polymorphic and highly homologous and they are found in a cluster on chromosome 19q13.4 within the 1 Mb leukocyte receptor complex (LRC).
