Western blot analysis of KV1.5 (KCNA5) in various lysates. Samples were incubated with KV1.5 (KCNA5) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA569993) using a dilution of 1:2,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4°C overnight followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 for 1 hour at room temperature.
