Flow cytometry of Klre-1 in Mouse splenocytes. Samples were incubated in Klre-1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47899) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody and Anti-Mouse NK1.1 PE-conjugated antibody. Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining.
