LAMTOR5 Antibody (PA5-106356) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of LAMTOR5 in rat liver tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with LAMTOR5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106356) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total HBXIP.
Target Information
HBXIP, also named as XIP, belongs to the HBXIP family. It is originally identified by its interaction with the C-terminus of hepatitis B virus (HBV) X protein (HBx). HBXIP is a regulator of centrosome dynamics and cytokinesis. HBXIP is able to up-regulate S100A4 though activating STAT4 and inducing DNA methylation of PTEN. HBXIP is a cellular 18kd protein and cytoplasm stain.
