LDL Antibody (MA571525) in WB
Western blot analysis of LDL in hLDL protein at 100 ng. Samples were incubated using LDL Monoclonal (Product # MA571525) at 1:1,000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at room temperature for 60 min.

Acetylated Low Density Lipoprotein (AcLDL) is taken up by cells via scavenger receptors and has been used as a mechanism of targeted drug delivery and in combination with saporin for the depletion of specific cell types. AcLDL behave like oxidized LDL, both of which are degraded within lysosomes.
