LGR6 Antibody (MA5-53038) in WB
Western Blot analysis of LGR6. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with LGR6 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53038) with a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:20,000. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.
