LILRA1 Antibody (PA5-88352) in WB
Western blot analysis of LILRA1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with LILRA1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-88352) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 60s.

LILRA3 is a member of leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor gene family. Leukocyte Ig-like receptors (LIRs) are a family of inhibitory and stimulatory immunoreceptors expressed predominantly on monocytes and B cells and at lower levels on dendritic cells and natural killer (NK) cells. LILRA3 lacks a transmembrane region and may act as a soluble receptor for class I MHC antigens. It is expressed in B-cells, and at lower levels in natural killer (NK) cells.
