LIM1 Antibody (PA5-78394) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of LIM1 in DIV10 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Samples were incubated with LIM1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-78394) using a dilution of 1:500 (green). Red: Tau, stained by Tau antibody [GT287] diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.

This gene encodes a member of a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The encoded protein may function as a transcriptional regulator and be involved in control of differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells. A similar protein in mice is an essential regulator of the vertebrate head organizer.
