LRP130 Antibody (MA5-47271) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of LRP130 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: LRP130 stained by LRP130 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47271) diluted at 1:500. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] diluted at 1:1,000. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.

This gene encodes a deadenylase that functions as the catalytic subunit of the polyadenylate binding protein dependent poly(A) nuclease complex. The encoded protein is a magnesium dependent 3' to 5' exoribonuclease that is involved in the degradation of cytoplasmic mRNAs. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
