LY6G6C Antibody (PA5-24040) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of LY6G6C in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lymph node. Samples were incubated with LY6G6C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-24040) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

LY6G6C belongs to a cluster of leukocyte antigen-6 (LY6)genes located in the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) classIII region on chromosome 6. Members of the LY6 superfamilytypically contain 70 to 80 amino acids, including 8 to 10cysteines. Most LY6 proteins are attached to the cell surface by aglycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor that is directly involvedin signal transduction.
