Flow cytometry of CLEC2A in human platelets. Samples at a density of 0.05 µg/10^6 cells were incubated with CLEC2A monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-28533) using a dilution of 0.05 µg/10^6 cells. Result details are as follows: CLEC2A results (solid line) and unstained platelets (dotted line).

Target Information
Natural killer cells express multiple calcium-dependent lectin-like receptors, such as CD94 and NKG2D, that interact with major histocompatibility complex class I molecules and either inhibit or activate cytotoxicity and cytokine secretion. CLEC2 is a C-type lectin-like receptor expressed in myeloid cells and NK cells.
