SPARCL1 Antibody (MA5-52118) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of SPARCL1 in A431 cells. Samples were incubated with SPARCL1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-52118) using a dilution of 1:60 followed by Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 1% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 10% serum. Counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.

This is a secreted protein. Found in the extracellular matrix. It's highly expressed in lymph node, brain, heart, lung, skeletal muscle, ovary, small intestine, and colon, with lower levels in placenta, pancreas, testis, spleen, and thymus, and no expression in kidney, liver, and peripheral blood leukocytes.
