MAGI1 Antibody (MA570140) in WB
Western blot analysis of MAGI1 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with MAGI1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570140) using a dilution of 1:2,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4°C overnight followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase homologue (MAGUK) family. MAGUK proteins participate in the assembly of multiprotein complexes on the inner surface of the plasma membrane at regions of cell-cell contact. The product of this gene may play a role as scaffolding protein at cell-cell junctions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
