MCM6 Antibody (PA5-115553) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of MCM6 in rat lung tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115553) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

MCM6 may be involved in the control of a single round of DNA replication during S phase. It binds to chromatin during G1 and detaches from it during S phase as if it licenses the chromatin to replicate.
