MID1IP1 Antibody (PA5-19370) in WB
Western blot analysis of MID1IP1 using MID1IP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19370) in Lane A: HEK293 lysate (10 µg protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human MID1IP1 with C-terminal MYC tag probed with MID1IP1 Polyclonal Antibody (1 µg/mL). Lane B: Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with MID1IP1 Polyclonal Antibody (1 mg/mL). Lane C: transfected HEK293 lysate probed with anti-MYC Tag (1:1,000). Primary incubations were for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
