MNAR Antibody (PA5-89221) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of MNAR in paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma. Samples were incubated with MNAR Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89221) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Expression of this gene is regulated by both members of the estrogen receptor family. This gene may be involved in the progression of several types of cancer. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
