MRI1 Antibody (PA5-118070) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of MRI1 in U2OS cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with MRI1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118070, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to nucleus and cytoplasm.

Independently from catalytic activity, MGC3207 promotes cell invasion in response to constitutive RhoA activation by promoting FAK tyrosine phosphorylation and stress fiber turnover.
