MYLK4 Antibody (PA5-100622) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of MYLK4 in rat muscle tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with MYLK4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100622) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

MYLK4 serine/threonine kinase or myosin light chain kinase family member 4 is a member of the CAMK kinase family. It is one of four myosin light chain kinases noted in a comprehensive analysis of protein kinases encoded by the human genome. MLCKs are activated by Ca2+-calmodulin complexes and require Mg2+ or Ca2+ as a co-factor. It has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
