MYST1 Antibody (PA5-112855) in WB
Western Blot analysis of MYST1 in multiple sample types using a MYST1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112855) at a concentration of 3 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000. Sample types that were tested include: MCF-7 whole cell lysate, HepG2 whole cell lysate, Jurkat whole cell ltysate, Mouse liver tissue, Rat liver tissue .

The MYST family of histone acetyltransferases, which includes MYST1, is named for the founding members MOZ (MYST3), yeast YBF2 and SAS2, and TIP60 (HTATIP). All members of this family contain a MYST region of about 240 amino acids with a canonical acetyl-CoA-binding site and a C2HC-type zinc finger motif. Most MYST proteins also have a chromodomain involved in protein-protein interactions and targeting transcriptional regulators to chromatin.
