N2DL4 Antibody (MA5-23892) in Flow
Flow cytometry of N2DL4 in BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with (A) mouse Rae-1ε or (B) mouse Rae-1α and eGFP. Samples were incubated in N2DL4 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23892) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining.

In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Rae-1 alpha, beta, gamma, or gamma is observed. By flow cytometry, no cross-reactivity with mouse Rae-1 alpha or mouse Rae-1 gamma has been observed.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.

This gene belong to the RAET1 family, which consists of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I-related genes located in a cluster on chromosome 6q24.2-q25.3. This and RAET1G protein differ from other RAET1 proteins in that they have type I membrane-spanning sequences at their C termini rather than glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor sequences. This protein functions as a ligand for NKG2D receptor, which is expressed on the surface of several types of immune cells, and is involved in innate and adaptive immune responses. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.[provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011].
