NCDN Antibody (PA5-97996) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of NCDN in HepG2 cells using a NCDN polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97996) at a dilution of 1:166. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were counter-stained with DAPI.

May play a role in modulating melanin-concentrating hormone-mediated functions via its interaction with MCHR1 that interferes with G protein-coupled signal transduction. May be involved in bone metabolism. May also be involved in neurite outgrowth.
